Memorial Dining Hall is one of the central hubs on New Hampton School's campus. It is a place where students come together with faculty and friends to share meals, stories, and celebrate community.
New Hampton School provides nutritious, tasteful meals with a range of options including a self-serve hot food line, a soup station, a salad bar and a deli bar. The dining hall serves three meals a day Monday through Saturday, and is open for brunch and dinner on Sundays. Students have unlimited access to food during academic hours. We accommodate special dietary needs, are a nut-free dining facility, and also list common allergens on food labels for those with allergies.
Throughout the year, the community gathers over meals for formal Community Dinners, where students and faculty sit in advisory groups, spend time together, and discuss important themes in the school year. Memorial Dining hall is also the venue for special events throughout the year including International Night, where international students work with the dining hall staff to prepare custom meals for their home countries, or Island Day, where the community warms up over island-themed foods, as winter lingers into early spring.
