THURSDAY, MAY 22

4:30 pm - Senior Brick Dedication, Academic Row Between Meservey Hall & Pilalas Center
5:00 pm - Awards Night, Field House
6:00 pm - Senior Dinner, Memorial Dining Hall
7:00 pm - Baccalaureate Ceremony, McEvoy Theater

FRIDAY, MAY 23

9:45 am - Commencement Ceremony, Meservey Lawn
12:00 pm - Lunch Buffet
Memorial Dining Hall

  • Where should we park for Commencement?

    Parking is available behind Berry Hall, accessible from Academy Drive, by the Jacobson Arena, accessible from Dr. Childs Road, and on Main Street. If these locations are full, additional parking is available in the Kennedy Field lot, accessible from Caswell Lane. 

    Handicapped parking spaces are identified in numerous locations around campus and additional spaces will be designated behind Berry Hall. 
     
    New Hampton School staff will be located across campus to assist you with parking. Shuttle vehicles will also be available at various locations for your convenience. 
     
    Please Park in designated areas only or locations directed to you by NHS staff. Any vehicles parked in areas designated as "No Parking" are subject to being towed by the Town at the owner's expense. 
  • What happens in case of inclement weather during Commencement?

    In case of inclement weather, Commencement will move from Meservey Lawn to the Field House in the Art & Science Center. 
  • What is the dress attire for Commencement Weekend events?

    Students and graduates are required to adhere to dress dinner attire for all events. Families and friends may dress as is comfortable for the weather and event locations.
  • Do we need tickets to attend Commencement Weekend events?

    Tickets are not required and there is no limit to the number of guests families may invite whether the ceremony is inside or outside. Families and friends are welcome to attend the Senior Brick Dedication, Senior Dinner, Awards Night, Baccalaureate, and Commencement. We do request that families RSVP to Senior Dinner.
  • May I take my senior off-campus following Baccalaureate?

    All seniors are required to attend a class event following Baccalaureate; we thank our families for allowing their students this final night together with their class.
