Alumni

Welcome

Welcome Back, Alumni!

Alumni have a special relationship with our community. They are living examples of the School's mission—to create active, global citizens.

The New Hampton School Alumni Association was established to deepen the alumni network and to encourage alumni engagement with the School. The Association supports alumni programs and services, facilitates communications with and between the alumni community, and strengthens alumni bonds with the School. Any person who has completed one year at New Hampton School is considered a member of the Alumni Association.

Please reach out if you plan to visit the School, or if you would like to reach a fellow classmate, teacher, coach, or advisor.

Alumni Association Leadership and Committees

Introducing the leadership team that partners with the alumni office to guide the work of the Association:

President – Jennifer (Shackett) Berry ’83
Vice President – Phil Sawyer ’68
Secretary – Kaleigh Teague ’10

There are a variety of ways to get involved, and we invite interested alumni to serve as Class Agents and to join one of the four active committees:

  • Alumni Connectors Committee

The Alumni Connectors Committee and its members serve as the conduit between alumni and New Hampton School to advance communication and outreach, and to strengthen the connection alumni have to the school by supporting social media efforts and outreach for regional events, Reunion Weekend, and the Bicentennial Gala.
  • Engagement Task Force Committee

The Engagement Task Force Committee works to promote alumni connections within New Hampton Schools' internal and external networks to provide career, mentoring, and networking opportunities through existing programs such as New Hampton Connects, Alumni in Residence, and Husky 101.
  • NHS Gives Committee

The NHS Gives Committee is comprised of our most committed class agents to support annual giving, giving days, educating the council on fundraising efforts, and campaign support.
  • Nominating and Awards Committee

The Nominating and Awards Committee recommends candidates for appointment to the Council, the Athletic Hall of Fame, and alumni Reunion Weekend awards.
