Huskies Loses to the Bobcats

In the first half, New Hampton worked to find consistency against a strong Brewster Academy squad. Brewster built a 34–12 lead at halftime, capitalizing on early offensive opportunities. New Hampton’s first-half scoring was spread out, with Marek leading the way with four points. Steven knocked down a three-point shot, Levi added two points, and Ethan Jiang contributed two points. As a team, New Hampton played disciplined basketball, committing just four team fouls in the opening half, while Brewster finished the half with six team fouls.

The second half saw continued effort and improved ball movement from New Hampton. The team added 16 points after halftime, with Steven leading the scoring surge with six points. Gabe provided a spark from beyond the arc, hitting two three-point shots, while Jerry added two points and Marek chipped in another basket. New Hampton remained composed defensively, committing only three team fouls in the second half.

Overall, New Hampton showed strong discipline throughout the game, with fouls spread evenly across the roster. Levi, Jerry, Steven, Ethan Pollack, and Marek each finished with one foul, while Ethan Jiang recorded two fouls for the game. Brewster Academy committed two team fouls in the second half.
