Huskies score 6 runs in the bottom of the 6th to secure win over St. Paul's

The Huskies improved to 7-2 on the season with a 9-6 league win over St. Pauls.
The Huskies hosted league opponent St. Pauls and were able to come away with a 9-6 win to improve to 7-2 on the season.
The Huskies were able to plate 6 runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning and found themselves leading 9-2 after 2 complete innings. The 2nd inning was highlighted by a grandslam homerun by senior George Kavanaugh. The Huskies scored 9 runs on 8 hits in the contest and were led by another solid offensive display by Junior Ollie Quong who went 3-3 on the day.
Junior Jake Cabral got the start on the mound and was great all game. Jake threw 5 complete innings giving up 4 runs on 5 hits and only walking one batter. Carter Sahagian came in for relief and was able to finish off the game strong. Carter threw 2 complete, allowing 2 runs on 2 hits while striking out 5 batters.
The Huskies look to keep the winning streak going, as they will host Tilton School on Saturday. First pitch is slated for 2:00 pm.
