October Male: Elias Camacho '14

A member of the Varsity Football Team, Elias is a gifted athlete with a rare combination of power and speed.  A native of Canton, Massachusetts, Elias is a north/south runner who rarely is tackled for a loss. He punishes  tacklers as a multi-threat at running back, receiver, and punt returner.  This season he has made two of the best catches coach Rick Marcella has ever seen in his 30 years of coaching prep and college football. Defensively, he possesses a real nose for the ball, and as any of the opponents will note, he hits with force and explosiveness. Elias has notched 15 touchdowns on offense and 36 tackles on defense in seven games this season. Alongside running back/linebacker Matt Dean, this athlete completes a dynamic 1-2 punch on both sides of the ball. Still, his coaches believe his best football is ahead of him. That will be fun to watch.
