New Hampton Outpaces Proctor

New Hampton made it nine in a row as they defeated Lakes Region rival Proctor Academy. Tri-Captain Kristen McWhirter led all scorers (19 pts.) while forwards Rachel Murray (9 pts.), Jackie Murray (7 pts.) and Julia Houghtaling (7 pts.) contributed mightily to the victory. Led by Sophomore Olivia Norris, defense was the key as the Huskies allowed the Hornets eight second half points. New Hampton will head to Dedham, MA to face Nobles and Greenough Friday night - wish us luck!
