Before the game started versus Hoosac, we were able to celebrate our 9 seniors/post grads. Thank you to Trey Jones, Ayden Veler, Edison Onwe, Wesley Waddles, Griffin Sward, James Sanderson, Ben Safran (3-year senior), Chad Cook (3-year senior), and Jayden Harrington (3-year senior) for their commitment and hard work!
From the jump, New Hampton played with a ton of energy and passion. They came out firing after the tough loss against South Kent from the night before. They were especially sharp on the defensive end, forcing deflections and tough shots, which led to great looks on the offensive end. On the offensive end, we played with unselfishness, and we were able to take advantage of timely cuts on the baseline for open looks.
In the second half, it was a lot of the same. We kept our foot on the gas, and we did not let up. We were happy that everyone was able to make an impact and play big minutes, contributing to our final victory at home of the 25-26 season!
