The Huskies continued their road-game stretch with a midweek matchup against Pingree School, marking the first meeting between the two programs. From puck drop, the Huskies dominated every aspect of the game, controlling possession in all three zones. Their offensive pressure was evident as they outshot Pingree 81–6, clearly showcasing their dominance. Goaltender Cara Kuczek ’26 was flawless in her start, stopping all six shots she faced to earn the shutout. A big shoutout goes to sophomore Helen Xu, who stepped up to varsity and made a strong impact despite the team being short-handed due to injuries and illness. She played her role well and contributed in all areas of the ice. Husky goal scorers included junior captain Emma MacPherson ’27 with two goals, Kiara Drake ’27 with two goals, Lana Quong ’28, and Avery Lucier ’29. The Huskies will be back on the road again for an important NEPSAC matchup against Deerfield on Friday, 1/23, with a 6:30 p.m. puck drop.
