Huskies Can't Slow Down Penguins Powerplay in Loss

New Hampton took on the host of the tournament, Cushing Academy, and dropped the contest 5-1. The Huskies had penalty trouble and couldn't slow down the Penguins power play which is how they scored three of their goals. 

Despite registering 35 shots on goal, the Huskies could only score one. Michael Ronan '27 was the lone scorer as he got his first Husky goal (assisted by Johnny Niemela '26 and Dylan Podergois '26).

New Hampton goaltender Sam Zygulski '26 made 25 saves in the loss.
