The Kimball Union course was the most challenging, thus far, testing the runners’ mental and physical toughness. It features multiple hills, which slowed the finish time of all competitors across schools. It was also a chilly October day, and we had one injury and one illness on the team. Nevertheless, our runners tackled this challenge with determination and a positive attitude. Jake Newman placed 6th! Saige and Michaela came in at 12th and 13th! Jackson battled with fatigue after a rigorous lacrosse weekend. Isiah and Captain John are getting better every week. Will and Captain Jack enjoyed the break from the bees. Our runners have worked hard this season and deserve the break that the long weekend will provide before competing at Tilton next week.
