Bench Contributions Lead Huskies to 93-70 Triumph Over Vanier College Prep

NEW HAMPTON, NH - Nick Paulos '11 (Salt Lake City, UT), a forward headed to UNC Greensboro, scored 17 points and grabbed 8 rebounds, and four other Huskies reached double figures in New Hampton's 93-70 win over Vanier College Prep on Wednesday night at Smith Gymnasium.

Jordan Laguerre '11 (Manchester, NH) and forward Zach Auguste '12 (Marlboro, MA) each contributed 12 points, both scoring in a variety of ways. Stefano Mancini '11 (Falmouth, ME) and Will Davis '11 (Sacramento, CA) gave the Huskies a big lift off the bench, each scoring 11 points. Nine of the 12 Huskies in uniform reached the scoring column. With the victory, New Hampton improved its recored to 9-3 overall and 3-0 at home.

New Hampton welcomes the 2010 National Prep champions, Brewster Academy, to Smith Gymnasium this Saturday night. The game will be available live at www.newhampton.org/tv. Tip off is scheduled for 6 pm.
