Huskies Beat KUA

The Lady Huskies bested Kimball Union Academy Saturday 16-2. On the mound, Junior hurler Hillary Burrows went the distance--effectively silencing the KUA offense--striking out 8, allowing 2 runs on 2 hits and 2 walks.

At the plate, the Huskies were led offensively by Senior Olivia Norris (3 for 3, with a home run, a triple, a double, and 6 RBI); Freshman Reiva Keith (2 for 2, with 2 triples and 3 RBI); Senior Kyle Reich (2 for 3 with an RBI); and Sophomore Chelsea Vittner (2 for 4 with an RBI).
