Opening Day for the Huskies

The Huskies traveled down to Dedham to face Noble and Greenough School for their first game of the season.  With only a few days of practice outside due to the extended winter weather in New Hampshire, the Huskies fell to a talented Nobles squad.  The Huskies were able to get on base just three times with Abby Schrader '27 and Julia Loughlin '24 drawing walks, and Mackenzie Mercer '27 with a beautiful single up the first base line that eluded the infield. Liv Sabin '27 took the mound for the Huskies and struck out 3 batters in the loss.  The Huskies look to rebound Wednesday as they take on The Winchendon School at home.
