Huskies Beat Hillside at Home

The New Hampton Huskies delivered a dominant performance as they hosted the Hillside Bulldogs in an exciting hockey game. With a final score of 5-0, the Huskies showcased their offensive prowess, solid defense, and outstanding goaltending to secure a well-deserved victory. The opening period set the tone for the Huskies' success, with a flurry of goals. Jacob Resnick got the scoring started, finding the back of the net for the first goal. Chase Fitch followed suit with a goal of his own, extending the lead 2-0. Josh Ness continued the offensive onslaught, scoring the third goal, all within the first period. The Huskies didn't let up in the second period, as Josh Ness added another goal to his tally. The Bulldogs struggled to contain the relentless New Hampton offense and the Huskies strengthened their grip on the game. The final period saw Shun Kurata sealing the victory for the Huskies with another goal. The Bulldogs attempted a comeback, but the solid defense and goaltending from the Huskies, led by Jamie Schatz, denied any scoring opportunities.
