Great First Effort for the Huskies!

The Women's JV hockey team put forth a solid effort in our first game of the season, playing a close game through 2 periods, but coming up short 6-2 in the end.  A shout out to Roberta Scott '27, Brooke King '27 and Jocelyn Smith '26 for playing in the first game of their ice hockey careers. Callie Paquette '26 put the Huskies up 1-0 early in the first period on a beautiful wrap around goal.  After Exeter tied the game at 1, Eva Thirion '24 gave the Huskies a 2-1 lead in the second period by netting her own rebound in a breakaway attempt.  In net, Sarah Pollard '27 recorded more than 60 saves in the effort, earning her "Husky of the Game."
