Huskies Draw Against the Bulls

Coach Koester
New Hampton battles against a deep Holderness bench.
On another beautiful day in Husky Nation, the JV women's soccer team took the pitch against Holderness. Matched against a team twice their size on consistently fresh legs, the Huskies scored the first goal on a short chipper from captain Jamie Holleran. The Bulls equaled the score in the second half of the game, having worked on their off-sides errors from the first half. Allie Parmett played well in goal, stopping all but the one lofted cross into the back of the net. Averi Curran, Lily Tripp, and Madi Woods played well in the middle of the field, communicating well and defending New Hampton's half the entire game. Overall, the girls are communicating well, working better as a team, and are ready to face Brewster at home on Saturday.
