New Hampton Falls in Close Match-Up with Nobles

In an exciting match-up, the huskies took on Class A rival, Nobles.  New Hampton fought to an early lead scoring 31 points in the first half to lead by 2 at halftime.  In a back-and-forth second half, the two teams traded baskets and strong defensive stands until the final 3 minutes when Nobles extended a lead to 5 points.  The huskies did their best to battle back, but were unable to close the gap before free throws streched the lead to 8.  A. Clairmont '19 led all scorers with 19 points and 2 steals.  A. Cavallo finished with 8 points, 3 assists, and 5 rebounds, while S. Noyes '19 added 4 points and 5 rebounds in the contest
