New Hampton played junior boarding school, Hillside, in front of a good crowd Sunday afternoon and lost 7 to 3. The Huskies were flat all game and got out worked by a young, feisty Hillside team. The lack of effort resulted in poor offensive zone pressure and puck possession. Troy Coan scored two goals for the Huskies, and Mason Kesselring had one goal and one assist. Sophomore goalie Andrew Sayles made his first start in net and played well. Sayles made many key saves and was tested all game. New Hampton is back in action Wednesday, December 5th when they take on Proctor. Expect a better effort by the Huskies as they look to get their first win of the season!
