Huskies fall to Bulldogs

Once again, the Huskies opened up their season on the road against the Bulldogs from Nobles. With only two practices to prepare, the Huskies bared down during a tough loss against Nobles. In the first and second period, the Huskies struggled to get shots through and out of the D Zone. Though they had the chance to come back with several powerplays, the Huskies did not capitalize. In the third period however, Huskies found their way back into the game, resulting in a goal from forward Anna Sheldon ’20, finishing the game off with a 1-6 loss. The Huskies will continue to work on D-Zone coverage and getting shots off as they gear up for their next game against Milton.
