Young NHS Players Gain Experience in Loss to Winchendon

This is the time of year that we lose players to IB exams and SAT prep. Seven players took the long drive down to Winchendon. We have some new faces in the lineup. Constantino Diez joined our team last week and played his first match at number three. He lost to a strong opponent with a killer serve. Branton Bergstol beat the heat and his opponent in a closely fought match. We did well in doubles. Branton and Constantino won at number 1 doubles and Igor Slyusaryev and Vadim Karchemkin won at second doubles. JP Valenzuela and Taka Suzuki showed an improved game in their third doubles match.
