Ali Beaulieu took over the mound in the second inning and pitched to just four batters before the Huskies closed out the inning with a couple routine plays and a strike out. The Husky bats continued to stay alive through the bottom of the second, with 8 hits and an additional 10 runs.

Both teams went scoreless in the third inning, but New Hampton was able to finish the game on top with a final score of 23-3 in five innings.
