Huskies Open Invitational With Convincing Win
New Hampton, NH - The Huskies jumped out to an early lead and never looked back against Redemption Christian in front of a raucous home crowd in the opening round of the 32rd Annual New Hampton Invitational. The Huskies finished with 19 assists to 9 turn overs in a display of unselfish team basketball.
New Hampton was led by Mason Webb '18 (Oklahoma City, OK) who finished with 25 points and Mika Adams-Woods '19 (Syracuse, NY) who chipped in 13. New Hampton's offense was led by the unselfish play of Shandon Brown '18 (Boston, MA) who made his entire team better and the toughness of Rex Walters '18 (Rochester Hills, MI).
New Hampton will face Tilton School tomorrow at 6pm for the championship in Smith Gymnasium.
