Great team support during the Huskies game against Vermont Academy

New Hampton got an early start on the score board against Vermont Academy. Bridget Conkling scored the first goal with an assist from Brinly Janelle. Ellie Beaudet scored the next goal with an assist from Bridget McCallum and Brenna Crowder. Bridget Conkling got her second goal with an assist from Ellie and Brenna. Ellie scored the fourth goal with an assist from Brenna. Averill McCorkle picked up the shut out in net for the first period making 6 saves. Nora Kent went in net for the remainder of the game. Vermont was able to get two goals during the second period, but Weiwei Xiang responded by getting a rebound goal with a shot from Ellie. In the third period, Bridget Conkling scored her third goal with an assist from Emily White. The last goal of the game was scored by Ellie and was unassisted. Emily was recognized after the game for her great play. Taylor Healey was recognized for her hard work, and getting some good shots off. Guoshunran Liu brought a lot of force on offense, keeping the puck in the offensive zone and adding pressure. Carla Wuerth showed a lot of hustle and made some good passes. Nora made 20 saves to pick up her first win in net.
