New Hampton Loses Opener

New Hampton let a halftime lead slip away and could not find their groove in the second half. Chihhie led all scorers with nine points. Aleesa Borghi played amazing defense and added four points. Ellie Kelley and Allie Parmett each added four points. Rachel Simmons, Lexi Schultz, Lindsey Duggan each added one basket. Jin Na provided the Huskies with a spark of energy and veteran Emma Shumacher made an appearance, despite fighting injury. Hex, Vanina and Cathy provided their support an encouragement througout the game. The girls look forward to a happy and successful 2018!
