Huskies Win a Close Match Against Holderness

Today's win against Holderness was a big one. It brought our record to .500 and gave us a very good chance of finishing the season with a winning record. Holderness did not go down easily. We split the singles matches 3-3. Sol Anderson and Helen Xu each won easily, and Mira Omur rallied to win two tie-breakers to win her match. We needed to win two out of three doubles matches to win the day and our first (Caroline Thomas and Sol) and second (Helen and Mira) doubles teams were up to the task.
