Huskies Take Down Brewster Academy in Home Opener
New Hampton School hosted Brewster Academy for the home opener for women's basketball. The Huskies began the game by holding Brewster to 0 points for the first 7 minutes of the game and they never looked back. New Hampton had a strong first half and finished the game in the second much like the first.
Scoring for the Huskies was led by Rebecca Ripley '17 with 19 points follwed by Alexandra Srolovitz '15 with 12 points. Emily Cutherbertson '14 also came through with a strong game with 11 points. Other contributors to the scoring column were Chloe Hanlan, Hannah Cuthbertson, Kes Baker, and Abbie Taylor.
The Huskies are back at it tomorrow to prepare to face NMH at home on Saturday!
