Education in Uganda

This project will endeavor to gain an understanding of Uganda’s educational system and the challenges it faces in providing an adequate education to its youth. We will spend the week creating relationships with students at the Clover Center located in Kampala, Uganda, developing a fundraising effort to support the Clover Foundation, and engaging with professionals in the fields of African Studies and Politics. We will spend time cooking Ugandan traditional recipes, learning to create Ugandan Batiks, and composing Lukeme songs. Our goal is to create a connection with the Clover School that will lead to a trip to Uganda for Project Week 2022.
