Your Second Home
Our houses are designed as close-knit communities where faculty live alongside students, share meals, celebrate milestones, and offer support every day. Here, students are truly known, encouraged, and guided, creating a home away from home that balances independence with care.

Teachers as Family
Our community is built around real shared living, not just supervision. Faculty house parents aren’t just on duty; they’re in the audience and on the sidelines for big moments, at the dinner table each night, and there to provide extra help during evening study.
Living alongside faculty and their families builds authentic relationships and a true mentoring environment where students are genuinely known. The result is support that’s personal, comfortable, and more like a home than a dorm.
Meet Your Crew
Life in our houses is built around connection and support. Recognizing that students thrive in different environments, New Hampton School offers an all-gender house through an application process for those who feel it is the best fit. Proctors help guide students through daily challenges, offering peer-to-peer advice and creating a network where everyone looks out for one another. From the very first day, we thoughtfully pair first-year roommates to ensure friendships start strong, helping each student feel supported, included, and at home from the start.

Where Life Happens
Every house includes laundry facilities, bathrooms, and a cozy common room—the heart of house life. Here, students relax, enjoy late-night snacks, play games, watch movies, and make the everyday memories that last a lifetime.
