    For students who are not involved in competitive winter sports, but want to hit the slopes and enjoy all New Hampshire has to offer in the winter, New Hampton School provides the Recreational Snow Sports Program. The program takes place at Ragged Mountain Resort (RMR) in Danbury, NH, located about 25 minutes from campus.
    Prior ski or snowboarding experience is not necessary. Beginners are enrolled in lessons from the professional ski and snowboard instructors at Ragged Mountain and all skiers and riders are encouraged to improve their ability with practice and instruction.
