The Huskies are coming off a terrific 11-3-2 season in 2017. The team is returning several experienced players and welcoming promising new talent. The 2018 season boasts a strengthened schedule and renewed drive to continue winning habits.
The goal of the New Hampton soccer program is to create a community that competes together at the highest possible level. Playing a winning style of the beautiful game requires passion, creativity, and resilience. Good people make good huskies and we build our team with these expectations in mind.
The New Hampton men’s varsity soccer program competes in the New England Prep School Athletic Conference. The Lakes Region League is made up of six schools including Brewster Academy, Kimball Union Academy, Proctor Academy, Vermont Academy, and Holderness School.
A New Hampshire native, Willis attended Northwestern University where he graduated with a BA in Political Science and played soccer in the Big Ten conference. Following graduation, he continued his studies and playing career at the University of New Hampshire. Willis co-captained the #14 nationally-ranked Wildcats in the program’s best season to date while earning his Master of Public Policy. The Head Coach of New Hampton men’s soccer team and Academic Support Program teacher is currently running for State Representative in his home district within Manchester.
