Huskies Match St. Paul's

Huskies were ready to play in front of a home crowd. Sophia Schwartzman showed great off-ball movement, always in a position to receive a pass.  Chris Wang on defense stepped up her game. Ava Golash was the first to put a score on the board, she had an unasisted breakaway from the half, taking it all the way in! St. Paul answered back on a beautiful corner play across the net to the weak side post. Isa Healey was a force on defense, breaking up the majority of corners. She was a corner killer. The second goal for St. Paul came on another cross-net corner at 11:07 but the huskies got it back in the second off a feed from Emily LaCroix to Golash who's speed can't be met. She took it right to net to tie up the score. The time ran out on a St. Paul advantage penalty corner, on which the entire St. Paul team came to the circle to pressure for a tie-break. Isa Healey came up huge, with a final clear to end the corner and the game.
