Defense Holds Bobcats at 0

The Bobcats on their home turf were ready for the Huskies. The day was beautiful, complete with the dramatic fall foliage on Lake Winnipesaukee. Huskies arrived with only a short time to warm up, but  got right to work at the first whistle. A strong forward line put lots of pressure on Brewster,  but the Huskies were shut down at every turn by the Bobcats. The play was back and forth, with Huskies earning 4 penalty corner attempts and multiple scoring opportunities, we just couldn't finish. When Bocats got into the Husky circle, they were stopped by the Husky defense. In net, Sarah LaCroix had a great day, notching 5 saves to keep the score at 0. Huskies go to St. Paul's on Wednesday to rematch.
