Huskies Knock Off Wildcats
New Hampton, NH - Despite a back and forth first half, New Hampton was able to create separation in the second half to walk away with a Lakes Region win over Vermont Academy.
New Hampton was led by Nebraska commit Mika Adams-Woods '19 (Syracuse, NY) who led all scorers with 33 pts, Canberk Kavsuk '20 (Istanbul, Turkey) chipped in 16, Kerem Ozturk '20 (Istanbul, Turkey) added 13, and Northeastern commit Tyson Walker '19 (Westbury, NY) rounded out the double digit scoring with 10. The Huskies also got solid contributions off the bench from post-grad George Tsikopoulous '19 (Athens, Greece) and Marcus Peterson '20 (Bristol, NH).
New Hampton is back in action on Friday when they travel to Northfield Mount Hermon for a NEPSAC AAA match up.
