Huskies Tackle Neighboring Rams

The Huskies traveled south to neighboring Tilton School to battle the Rams on Wednesday, October 3^rd. The game started slow in the first half. Kylee Bowen and Jess Burwell had a few great shorts from the corner of the box but the Tilton goalie held onto them. Ally Prentice, Anna Sheldon, and Lindsey Duggan did a great job winning the ball in the midfield. The defense stopped a few chances from Tilton in the first half and we managed to keep out a dangerous Tilton corner kick. In the second half, we improved our pace and Ally Prentice managed to score in the 75^th minute by bullying through the Tilton defense and receiving a great pass from the midfield. Sam Rivet followed a few minutes later with a shot off a ball played through to the left side. We will face Tilton School again at the annual Powder Keg game!
