The Huskies traveled down to Class A foe, Marianapolis, on Friday night. After a strong first half and a 10 point lead, New Hampton came out of halftime and could not find a rhythm on offense. Marianapolis was able to claw their way back and gain the lead at the 8 minute mark. Both teams traded baskets for the most of the game until the one minute mark when a pair of freethrows gave New Hampton a 1 point lead with 10 seconds left. In the chaos of imbounding the ball and getting it up the court, Marianapolis was able to find an open shooter at the 3 point line who knocked it in with 3 seconds remaining on the game clock. Huskies scorers were led by Eva Hodgson '18 with 24 points and 8 rebounds, while 3 teammates each contributed 11 points a piece - Sydney Noyes '19, Amanda DeAngelis '20, and Ronja Orpo '18.
