NHS Gets Back on Track vs. Hebron

            The New Hampton Huskies took on the Hebron Lumberjacks in a MAISAD league game Saturday afternoon. New Hampton looked to bounce back after their tough loss from the night before. The Huskies came out firing on all cylinders. Every starter scored in the first 3 minutes of the game and pushed out a strong lead. The second unit came in strong and played with the same intensity as the starters. TJ McMahon hit a big three, Johnny Beaudet, a recent call up from JV A, scored his first varsity points as a husky and PJ Finn scored back to back buckets to push the lead out even further. The reserved helped onto the strong start and New Hampton found themselves up 31 at halftime.
            New Hampton continued to compete in the second half playing with a chip on their shoulder. Every player for New Hampton scored and the Huskies improved to 8-2 on the year. Max Davis lead the huskies in scored for the second straight game with 14 and Adrian Juilland-Johnson and Marcus Peterson also added 10. New Hampton has a busy week coming up, playing 3 games in 4 days, starting with Brewster at home on Wednesday.
