First Race of the Season

Wilkinson’19, Brayton’21, Shumway’17 top podium at Proctor 

 

Today the Energetic New Hampton Alpine Team traveled to Proctors Blackwater Ski Area. Mosey Shumway (2nd) would be the first Husky out of the gate, for her first time racing since sophomore year she impressed early on. Next out of the gate was Summer Brayton (1st) in her first race as a Husky she would jump out to a lead and never look back. Seth Wilkinson (1st) would go toe to toe with the best of the Lake region and come out on top in the 2nd run. Several other Huskies would place high at the end of the day, Despite some struggles in the start and on the pitch.
