FIRST COMP AT CANNON

First Competition - Cannon Mountain

 

 The NHS Free-Ski team had its first competition at Cannon Mountain on Wednesday, Jan 10th. It was a blue bird day, but the conditions at the mountain were typical Cannon conditions: cold and firm. The team placed third overall, despite the challenging layout of the features. Conner Conkling placed 11th overall, followed closely by Nick Spaulding who took 14th place. After Nick, John Brewster took 20th and Jon Seymour came in 24th. The rest of the team placed well and beat many other competitors near their skill levels. We are looking forward to our next competition at Okemo on the 24th.
