Huskies Notch First Win

Bridgton, ME - New Hampton traveled north for a Friday night tilt against a tough, well-coached Bridgton Academy team. The Huskies trailed at the half, but used a strong start to the second to take the lead and held on for a big NEPSAC AAA road win.

The Huskies received solid play across the board and had four player score in double digits. Mika Adams-Woods '19 (Syracuse, NY) led the team with 21 points, Shandon Brown '18 (Brockton, MA) had 16, Keenan Fitzmorris '18 (Overland Park, KS) had 11, and Mason Webb '18 (Oklahoma City, OK) added ten. The team also received stand out performances off the bench from Alex Ionesco '18 (Houston, TX) and Rex Walters '18 (Rochester Hills, MI).

New Hampton won't have to wait long to get back on the court as they travel to the Scholar Roundball Classic tomorrow at Babson College where they will face off against the Hill School at 6:30pm.
