Coach Lauren Wentworth boasts an impressive coaching career marked by success at both Transylvania University and Thomas College. At Transylvania, she achieved remarkable milestones, coaching multiple award winners, including Newcomer of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year, and Defensive Player of the Year. Her teams secured 32 All-Conference selections and 8 IWLCA All-Region selections under her guidance. Additionally, she earned 2x Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference Coach of the Year honors and led her teams to 2x Conference Championships and NCAA 2nd Round appearances. With an 81-30 record over 7 seasons, Coach Wentworth consistently elevated her teams to excellence. Prior to Transylvania, she garnered recognition at Thomas College, being named North Atlantic Conference Women’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2013 and North Atlantic Conference Tennis Coach of the Year in 2012. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes a family culture, supporting each member towards achieving individual & team goals and a lifelong winning mentality. She looks to provide the opportunity for individuals to achieve their full potential through sport, while also supporting academics and co-curriculars to develop athletes on & off the field, and prepare them for life after New Hampton School.

Amanda brings many years of lacrosse experience and knowledge to New Hampton School. Amanda played New England Prep School lacrosse at Tabor Academy where she received All-NEPSAC honors twice. After attending Tabor, Amanda played two seasons at Guilford College where she was a two-time All-ODAC team selection before transferring to play Division I lacrosse at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her time at UNC, she was a two-time ACC Champion, ACC All-Academic selection, and NCAA Final Four participant. Aside from her coaching duties, Amanda works in the Admission Office and is a house parent. During the Summer, she also coaches club lacrosse for Granite State Elite.
