    The New Hampton School women's lacrosse program offers two levels of competition with varsity and junior varsity team that works with players on skill development and basic understanding of the game through structured practices and meetings. Individual improvement and teamwork are the most important aspects of a junior varsity program that is a direct feeder to the varsity level. The lady huskies play a very competitive schedule and play a few varsity programs throughout the season.
