The New Hampton School boys' lacrosse program offers three levels of competition with the varsity and junior varsity A & B teams. Junior varsity student-athletes primarily work on skill development and developing a basic understanding of the game through practices and an appropriate game schedule. Individual improvement and teamwork are the most important aspects of a junior varsity program that is a direct feeder to the varsity level.
