Bibliographic Links
This website provides citation information in the four major styles used in professional writing – APA, MLA, Chicago, and CSE.  The primary format used at NHS is MLA, so you will want to use that section.  This is not an application and will not produce your citation, but is a guide to writing the citation on your own.  This site also provides some online databases that may be helpful in your research.

Smart Tools. Smart Research. NoodleTools is a suite of interactive tools designed to aid students and professionals with their online research. From selecting a search engine and finding some relevant sources, to citing those sources in MLA or APA style, NoodleTools makes online research easier!

BibMe automatically creates citations for students in Chicago, MLA or APA style that can be downloaded to your computer.  BibMe asks you for a title and then provides most of the information itself, removing a great deal of work from the student.  It requires you to create a user account.

EasyBib offers citations in Chicago, MLA and APA styles, as well as downloadable reference guides and footnote help.  EasyBib takes information that you put in and creates citations for you.  It can also create lists of citations and export them to Word.
